San Francisco-based
Propeller, which develops software tools for developing mobile apps, has been acquired by
Palantir Technologies. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Propeller did not say if it would continue to offer its software, but had directed all of its pages to Palantir's homepage. Propeller was venture backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ffAngel, Foundation Capital, Menlo Ventures, Subtraction capital, Great Oaks Venture Capital, Rothenberg Ventures, as well as a long list of angels.
