San Francisco-based PagerDuty, a developer of incident management products for managing software operations, has raised $27.2M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and also included Andreessen Horowitz, Baseline Ventures, and Harrison Metal. Bessemer's Trevor Oelschig joins the company's board.
