Tapjoy Acquires 5Rocks
San Francisco-based Tapjoy, which develops mobile app monetization tools, said this morning that it has acquired 5Rocks, a provider of mobile analytics and marketing software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. 5Rocks was based in Seoul, SOuth Korea. 5Rocks CEo Changsu Lee becomes Vice President of Publisher Analytics and Insights at Tapjoy.
