3D Robotics Scores Investment From Richard Branson

3D Robotics, a developer of aerial drone technology led by former Wired Editor Chris Anderson, has raised a round of funding from Sir Richard Branson. Size of the investment was not announced. 3D Robotics, which has one of its locations in Berkeley, develops drones for both the consumer and enterprise market.
