Peel Uncovers $50M In New Funding
Mountain View-based Peel, which develops smartphone applications to help users remotely control their televisions, has raised $50M in a funding round from Alibaba Group, the company disclosed today. Peel offers up a remote control app which lets users browse through television program guides and find shows and movies they would like to watch.
