NEA Promotes Sakoda To General Partner
Menlo Park-based venture capital investor New Enterprise Associates said Wednesday that it has named Jon Sakoda to General Partner. Sakoda has been at NEA since 2006. Sakoda sits on the boards of Blue Jeans Network, DataVisor, Desire2Learn, Hearsay Social, Opower (NYSE: OPWR), ScienceLogic, Suniva, Swiftype and WibiData. He was previously the co-founder of IMlogic (sold to Symantec) and also served at Goldman Sachs.
