Personal Capital Gets $50M
San Francisco-based Personal Capital, which operates an online site to help provide financial advice to the consumer market, has raised $50M in a Series D funding round. The funding came from Corsair Capital, BBVA Ventures and USAA, along with IVP, Venrock and Crosslink. As part of the funding, Jeremy Schein of Corsair joins the company's board. Personal Capital is led by Bill Harris.
