Yahoo Buys BrightRoll For $640M
Yahoo said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired San Francisco-based BrightRoll, in a deal worth $640M in cash. BrightRoll had raised around $40M in funding. Yahoo said that Brightroll has around $100M in annual revenues. BrightRoll was venture backed by Scale Venture Partners, True Ventures, Adams Street Capital and KPG Ventures.
