DocuSign Adds Strategic Investors
San Francisco-based DocuSign, the developer of electronic signature software, said Thursday that it has added three strategic investors to its latest funding round. Samsung Ventures, the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDBI), and BBVA Ventures have all joined the company's latest funding as strategic investors. DocuSign announced a big $115M funding in October.
