DigiSight Technologies Sees $7.8M In Series B
Portola Valley-based DigiSight, a developer of remote patient monitoring tools for the opthalmic industry, said late Monday that it has raised $7.8M in a Series B funding round. The funding came from Biosys Capital, Waycross Ventures, GE Ventures, and Lagunita LLC, along with existing investors. The company develops a secure networking technology aimed at providing opthalmic data to clinical settings. DigiSight was founded by Dr. Mark Blumenkranz and Dr. Daniel Palanker of Stanford University.
