FrontRange Solutions Acquired by Clearlake Capital
Milpitas-based enterprise software maker FrontRange Solutions has been acquired by private equity firm Clearlake Capital, and will be merged with Arizona-based software company Lumension, the companies said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. FrontRange and Lumension will be merged into a new, Milpitas-based company called HEAT Software. Clearlake Capital said it received financing for the deal from Wells Fargo Capital Finance, PNC Bank, Capital One and Consortium Finance.
