TrialPay Acquired By Visa
Mountain View-based TrialPay, a developer of software that helped online merchants increase their sales using incentives and payments to consumers, has been acquired by Visa, Visa announced Friday. Financial details of the investment were not announced. Visa was an investor in TrialPay, which also had been backed by Greylock Partners, T. Rowe Price, DAG Ventures, DFJ Growth, and QuestMark Partners. TrialPay had raised around $55.8M in funding.
