Bugcrowd, which runs bug bounty programs to help companies crowdsource their security efforts, has raised $6M in a Series A funding, the company said today. The funding was led by Costanoa Venture Capital, and also included Rally Ventures, Paladdin Capital Group, and Blackbird Ventures. The company says it has now raised $9M since it was founded in 2012. The company says its customers include Western Union, Pinterest, Barracuda Networks, Silent Circle (Blackphone), Indeed, and others.
