VirtuStream has been acquired by
EMC, in a $1.2 billion, all-cash transaction. According to the companies, VirtuStream will form a new Managed Cloud Services business for EMC. VirtuStream was venture backed by SAP, Questmark Partners, Columbia Capital, Intel Capital, Noro‐Moseley Partners and TDF. The company offers up cloud software for managing private, virtual private, public and hybrid clouds.
