San Francisco-based cloud services provider
Virtustream said this week that it has raised $40M in a Series D investment round, which was led by SAP. Virtustream said the company will use the proceeds to fund further capacity for its infrastructure-as-a-service offerings, plus accelerate development of its software. Vitustream, whic his led by Rodney Rogers, provides cloud application services aimed at the enterprise, government, and service provider market. The company's offerings include allowing users to run SAP applications from the cloud.
