DotLoop Acquired By Zillow
DotLoop, a developer of electronic signature and document management services which has offices in San Francisco, has been acquired by real estate site Zillow. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. DotLoop has 124 employees, split between its headquarters in Cincinnati and offices in San Francisco; the company was backed by Trinity Ventures and angels, and had raised $14M in funding.
