DotLoop Acquisition Worth $108M
The acquisition of electronic signature and document storage startup DotLoop--which had an office in San Francisco--was worth $108M, according to acquirer Zillow. Zillow revealed in its quarterly report that it paid $108M in cash for DotLoop. DotLoop has 124 employees, split between its headquarters in Cincinnati and offices in San Francisco; the company was backed by Trinity Ventures and angels, and had raised just $14M in funding.
