Keysight Technologies Acquires Anite For $600M
Santa Rosa-based KeySight Technologies said late Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Anite, a developer of software for wireless research and development. The deal was worth $600M in cash. Keysight Technologies develops electronic test and measurement instrumentation, used in the wireless and other industries.
