Keysight Technologies Buys Electroservices Enterprises Ltd.
Santa Rosa-based Keysight Technologies announced Friday that it has acquired Electroservices Enterprises Ltd., a UK-based provider of test equipment services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Telford, UK-based Electroservices Enterprises had provided electrical, mechanical and physical calibration, repair and asset management services to the defense, telecom and industrial segments.
