Grid Dynamics Raises Series B, Acquires Qubell
Menlo Park-based Grid Dynamics, a developer of cloud application management software, has raised a Series B funding, and acquired fellow Menlo Park-based startup Qubell. Size of the funding, and financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. The funding came from Benhamous Global Ventures (BGV). Both companies develop cloud automation software. Leonard Livschitz is CEO of Grid Dynamics. Victoria Livschitz, who is co-founder and CEO of Qubell will become an EVP and GM at Grid Dynamics. Leonard and Victoria Livschitz are married.
