Oracle Buys Maxymiser
Redwood SHores-based Oracle said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire Maxymiser, a developer of cloud software used to test, target, and personalize web pages and mobile apps for specific users. Financial details of the acquisitoin were not disclosed. Oracle said that Maxymiser becomes part of the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Maxymiser had been based in New York City.
