HEAT Software Acquires Businesses From Absolute Software
Milpitas-based HEAT Software said today that it has acquired the assets and operations related to Absolute Manage and Absolute Service from Absolute Software Corporation. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. HEAT Software is owned by private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group. Absolute Manage develops enterprise device management software, used to manage Windows and Mac PCs, along with iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
