Seagate Completes Dot Hill Systems Buy
Cupertino-based Seagate Technology announced Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Dot Hill Systems Corp., the data storage developer. The deal was worth approximately $696M in cash. Seagate said it paid $9.75 per share in cash for each share of Dot Hill in the transaction, which was announced in August.
