Digital Realty Trust Completes $1.886 Billion Telx Buy
San Francisco-based Digital Realty Trust said today that it has completed its $1.886 billion acquisition of Telx, a provider of colocation, interconnect, and other related cloud services. Digital Realty Trust acquired Telx from private equity investors ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners. Digital Realty Trust is led by A. William Stein. Funding for the deal came from a combination of forward sales, notes, and a public offering of preferred stock.
