Silk Road Medical Raises $57M
Sunnyvale-based Silk Road Medical, a developer of surgical technology to treat stroke, has raised $57M in a combination of equity and debt. The debt funding was led by CRG. The equity came from CRG, Warburg Pincus, and The Vertical Group. Silk Road develops surgical procedures to help treat carotid artery blockages in the neck, which are often the cause of strokes in the brain. Silk Road is led by Erica Rogers.
