SharesPost Sells NASDAQ Private Market Stake to NASDAQ
San Francisco-based private shares marketplace operator SharesPost said this mornign that it has sold all of its interest in the NASDAQ Private Market, to its joint venture partner, Nasdaq, Inc.. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The deal comes after Nasdaq said it would acquire the transaction processing business of SecondMarket.
