Constant Contact Acquired By Endurance International Group For $1.1 Billion
Email marketing software developer Constant Contact, which has an office in San Francisco, is being acquired by Endurance International in a deal worth $1.1 billion, the two said this morning. Endurance International said it will pay $32.00 per share in cash for Constant Contact. Endurance International is based in Burlington, Mass; Constant Contact has its main headquarters in Waltham, Mass.
