MarketLive Acquired By Vista Equity Partners
Petaluma, California-based MarketLive, a developer of e-commerce software, has been acquired by private equity investor Vista Equity Partners. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. Vista Equity Partners, which is based in Texas, said it is acquiring MarketLive at the same time it is pruchasing another, e-commerce company, Shopatron, and will combine the two companies into a single company in the e-commerce area.
