BuildingIQ Raises $20M In Australian IPO
San Francisco-based BuildingIQ, a developer of energy management software for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) market, has raised $20M in an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company was venture backed by Aster Capital, the Venture Capital unit of Siemens Financial Services (SFS VC), Paladin Capital, and the Energy Division of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO). The firm trades on the ASX as BIX.
