Healthline Media Finds Funding
San Francisco-based Healthline Media said today that it has raised a round of growth funding from Summit Partners, and launched as a standalone company. Financial details of the funding were not announced. The new company will be led by David Kopp, the former general manager of Healthline Media. Craig Frances of Summit Partners joins the company's board as part of the funding. Healthline Media was previously part of Healthline Networks. The WSJ places the funding round at $95M.
