FireEye said this week that it has acquired
iSIGHT Partners, a developer of cyber intelligence, in a deal worth up to $275M. FireEye said it will pay $200M in cash, and up to $75M in cash and equity earnout, to acquire iSIGHT. Both companies serve the enterprise market, helping to combat attacks and security breaches. iSIGHT was based in Dallas, Texas, and backed by Bessemer Venture Partners.
