Mountain View-based e-commerce personalization software and marketing developer Bloomreach has captured Hippo, a Dutch content management systems developer, the company said on Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. BloomReach's CEO is Raj De Datta. The company is venture backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Battery Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, New Enterprise Associates and Salesforce Ventures. Hippo was based in Amsterdam.
