AppDirect Buys Xendo
San Francisco-based AppDirect, a developer of a cloud services marketplace for enterprise software, has acquired Xendo, a developer of cloud-based, unified search software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AppDirect said Xendo will continue to operate independently, but will be offered as a standalone app in its network and also integrated into its core platform.
