MIODx Seeded With $1.5M
San Francisco-based MIODx, a company working on biomarker diagnostics, announced Friday morning that it has raised $1.5M in a seed funding round. Source of the funding was not announced. The company said the funding will go towards its clinical utility study, for its prostate cancer test, as well as for commercialization efforts. MioDx is led by Allen Northrup, and was co-founded by COO Sean Givens.
