Apple Launches Mobile App Accelerator In India
Apple has launched a new, iOS app design and development accelerator, in Bengaluru, India, in what the company said is an initiative to support engineering talent and growth in India. According to Apple, the new Design and Development Accelerator is based in Bengaluru, which it says is home of India's startup scene, and help bolster what it says are "tens of thousands" of developers in India developing iOS apps. The new center will help provide guidance on best practices, provide briefings on technology, and provide support for its Swift programming language.
