Mozio Gets Funding From JetBlue
San Francisco-based Mozio, which develops a ground transportation booking service aimed at airline travelers, has received a new investment from JetBlue Technology Ventures, JetBlue said on Wednesday. Size of the investment were not disclosed. JetBlue Technology Ventures--which launched in February--says the investment is only its second investment. Mozio was founded in 2012, and lets travelers book train, bus, shuttle, sedan, taxi, limo, water taxi or motorcycle rides from the airport. The company is led by CEO David Litwak. JetBlue Technology Ventures is headed by Bonny Simi. A recent regulatory filing by Mozio suggests the company raised $4.42M in the funding.
