Acalvio Takes $17M For Cybersecurity Software
Santa Clara-based Acalvio Technologies, a developer of cybersecurity software, said this week that it has raised $17M in a funding round, and emerged from stealth mode. The company said the funding came from Accel Ventures, Ignition Partners, and Eilese Capital. Acalvio says it is developing threat defense and detection software. The company is led by Ram Varadarajan.
