, a company developing systems-on-a-chip used for biosensors in the medical device market, has raised $10.2M in a Series C financing. The funding came from un-named strategic OEMs, plus existing investors XSeed Capital, Seraph Group, and Uniquest. HMicro is led by Surendar Magar, Ph.D.
