Hipmunk Acquired By Concur
San Francisco-based Hipmunk, an online travel booking site focused on flights and last minute hotels, has been acquired by travel and expense management software developer Concur. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Hipmunk was venture backed by Oak Investment Partners, Institutional Venture Partners and Ignition Partners. Concur said it will use Hipmunk to help deliver consumer-grade products to its corporate customers.
