Efficient Drivetrains Gets $7.85M In Series C
Milpitas-based Efficient Drivetrains, a developer of hybrid and electric drivetrains for the automobile industry, has raised $7.85M in a Series C funding, the company said late Tuesday evening. The initial close of funding in that Series C--which is still open--came from H&Q Asia Pacific, along with Jiaxing Daxin Investment Partnership. The company said it is targeting $15M in the funding round. Ta-lin Hsu and Robert Shen, both of H&Q Asia Pacific, have joined the company's board.
