Adobe Completes Efficient Frontier Buy
San Jose-based Adobe Systems said Sunday that it has completed its acquisition of Efficient Frontier, the digital advertising firm. Adobe had said it would buy Efficient Frontier in November. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. Efficient Frontier was backed by Cambrian Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Mitsui & Co. Adobe said the acquisition will help add cross-channel ad campaign forecasting, execution and optimization capabilities to its Digital Marketing Suite.
