Coupa Software Sets Estimated IPO Pricing Range
San Mateo-based Coupa Software set its estimated IPO pricing range on Thursday, saying that it anticipates that it will price at between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. Coupa is selling 6,700,000 shares of its stock, which at $16.00 would net it $107.2M via the offering. Coupa has applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Market as COUP. Coupa Software is backed by Mohr Davidow, Battery Ventures, El Dorado Ventures, BlueRun, Crosslink Ventures, ICONIQ Venture Capital, Rally Ventures, T. Rowe Price, and others. Coupa's software is used for corporate business spending management.
