Coupa Software Prices IPO
San Mateo-based Coupa Software has priced its IPO, saying late Wednesday evening that it will sell 7,400,000 shares of its common stock at $18.00 per share. The company will begin trading this mroning on the NASDAQ GLobal Market as COUP. Coupa priced at the high end of its estimated IPO range, which had been bumped to $16.00 to $18.00 per share earlier Wednesday.
