Exnodes Gets $2M For Semiconductor Inspection Technology

, a developer of computational optics technology used to automate and improve the inspection of semiconductor wafers, has raised $2M in a seed funding round, the company announced today. The funding came from Samsung Ventures and SK hynix, as well as angels Gordon Eubanks and Joseph Goodman. The company is developing technology used in semiconductor inspection and process control, which the firm says solves many challenges in semiconductor chip production and memory yield. Dr. Prasanna Pavani is founder and CEO of the startup.
