Preact Acquired By Spotify
San Francisco-based Preact, a developer of software to reduce customer churn, has been acquired by music streaming service Spotify. Financial details of that acquisition were not announced. Preact was backed by Trinity Ventures, Root Ventures, Atlas Venture, Bee Partners, Boldstart Ventures, Harmony Partners, Karlin Ventures, and Launchpad LA.
