Nurx Finds Funding For On-Demand, Birth Control Delivery
San Francisco-based Nurx, an on-demand startup offering up birth control to women in California, New York, and Washington State without a visit to the doctor, has raised $5.3M in a Series A funding, the company disclosed this week. The funding came from Union Square Ventures. Nurx was founded by Hans Gangeskar and Dr. A. Edvard Engesaeth.
