Nurx Nabs $36M
San Francisco-based Nurx, which offers women online access to birth control prescriptions, said this week that it has raised $36M more in funding. The funding was led by Kleiner Perkins, and also included Union Square Ventures, Y Combinator, and Lowercase Capital. Nurx said Noah Knauf of Kleiner Perkins joins the company's board with the funding, as does Chelsea Clinton. Nurx was co-founded and is led by CEO Hans Gangeskar.
