ServiceMax Acquired For $915M
Pleasanton-based ServiceMax, which develops cloud-based software for managing field workforces, has been acquired by GE Digital in a deal worth $915M. GE said the acquisition will help it enhance its capabilities. ServiceMax is led by Dave Yarnold. The company was advised by Morgan Stanley and Gunderson Dettmer LLP; GE Digital was advised by King & Spalding LLP.
