JFrog Acquires Conan
Sunnyvale-based JFrog, a developer of DevOps tools, has acquired Conan, the developer of an open source C/C++ package manager. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. JFrog said the buy will help expands its solutions for software automation and binaries management. Shlomi Ben Haim is JFrog's CEO. The company said it funded the acquisition in part due to a recent $50M funding round.
