1World Online Raises $4.9M For Poll, Quiz Software
San Jose-based 1World Online, a developer of poll, quiz and survey tools used by online publishers, said Thursday that it has raised $4.9M in funding. the funding came from Brand Capital, the strategic investment arm of Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd, commonly known as The Times Group. The company said funding will go to boost its platform and tools in India. Alex Fedosseev is CEO of 1World Online. 1World Online says that its tools are being used by The Economic Times and Huffington Post in India.
